Today our video is about pets and homes. Dog & cat lovers are confident that having a pet improves their life. Anyone who owns and loves a dog or a cat knows that it can be difficult to live without their consistent and utter devotion to you. Just waking up to a smiley face and wagging tail will make your life happier, not to mention the other scientifically proven benefits that pets bring to each of our lives
We all know how much fun and affection they can bring, but owning a pet has been proven to be much more than this; it has direct benefits to a person's physical and mental well-being. Owning a pet is a two-way street: you are taking care of them by keeping them alive, providing food, water and shelter, but they are also taking care of you. Dogs in particular have the ability to diminish depression, to seriously calm you down in high-stress situations, ease loneliness, encourage exercise and can boost your overall vitality. They can even improve your cardiovascular health. Caring for a dog has actually been shown to improve a child’s self-esteem, helping kids to grow up more secure and active. Perhaps most importantly, though, a dog can add real joy and unconditional love to your life.
Where to find the perfect pet
If you have decided on a specific breed of dog, you can look for a rescue group that caters to that shelter; here they will cost considerably less than from a breeder.
Did you know that shelters have a great selection of animals looking for new homes? You can find cats and dogs, birds and small animals and even horses and livestock. You will most probably be able to find any animal that is available for sale at your local pet store or at a breeder
All animal shelters are special in one way or another. There are a large number of websites out there that bring the world of animals waiting for new homes right to your laptop or if you prefer to meet in person the soon to be four-legged family member, you could pay a visit to one of the local shelters. Sometimes all it takes to find your perfect match is to look directly into a pet’s eyes and fall in love.

How to sell your house when you have pets?
Selling a property can be a challenge at the best of times but selling one when you have pets can be even more stressful. Should you move the pets out of the house while it is for sale? Where should you hide all those pet toys and food dishes? Should you be concerned about any pet odor? These are all issues that you might face.
If you want to ensure you get the highest final sale price, you'll have to properly stage your home to create the illusion you are not a pet owner,as the last thing you would want is to scare off that perfect buyer who is in love with your house but happens to be highly fearful of dogs.
